I train for IronMan Distance Triathlons. Hooked since 2012, I have completed various events across the globe and I aim to do many more. I train approximately 40 minutes per day, 2 hours every Sunday and with a near vegan diet. I still have much to learn and I appreciate all helpful tips and advice.  Please see Statistics for my past race results.
